What is one of your fetishes?
I was recently asked if I ever experience the equivalent of sub drop.
Many subs have experienced it each describes is a little different; but for all it is powerful. Typically, subdrop happens after a play scene that was GREAT; and a few days later the sub is crashing. There is MUCH information on this on the internet so I will not repeat . . . Writings on this include: Ownedboy, Stain and Lace, and Different Equals.
The short answer is NO; in 10 years I have NEVER experienced Top Drop!
There are a few factors involved in this:
1. Subdrop requires (to some extent) completely letting go and ONLY being present in the moment.
Does that sound like a good idea for a Dom? Not being watchful. Not being aware. Not being thoughtful about consequences. Not being aware of the sub they are flogging.
NOT TO ME; I am responsible for a sub I am working with.
2. Subdrop requires a high (endorphin, hormonal, etc.) which is then followed by a bottoming out of these . . . precipitating the low. This is NOT scientific; just My best explanation.
Does that sounds like a good idea for a Dom? Losing focus, like battle rage. Not being control of themselves. Not knowing WHEN is enough. Forgetting to listen and hear minute clues.

Don’t get Me wrong; I enjoy play . . . and have been known to find Top Space. A great place to be for a few minutes. Typically, I find it during heavy rhythmic flogging or something I have to be VERY intent on . . . like inserting sounds.
