We all participate in a variety of internet groups and forums. Fetlife being one of the major lifestyle related groups.

Recently, I was asked what characteristics or attributes do I seek in a slave? You would think the answer would be easy! Some were readily apparent . . . others are taking longer to suss out.
As EVERYONE knows words have meaning; just not the SAME meaning for everyone. This is especially true in the "lifestyle". Each word seems to have a shade of difference in its meaning, intent, point of view; FOR EACH PERSON. While annoying it is reality.
Play, Service, and Worship are important words in the FemDom world. Each word will have its own meaning; make sure you do not make assumptions! I am going to give MY definitions. There is a continuing topic on Fetlife, and by continuing I mean NEVER ending!
Typically, it is about some aspect of how a person identifies: Dom, Top, bottom, slave, switch, etc.
- If you don’t immediately see that I have value in your life you are not a true Dom!
- How can you be a TWUE slave if you have needs?
- Switches don’t exist, they aren’t TWUE; they are confused.
- Masters and Mistresses that have served before cannot be TWUE Dominants.
- Bottoms are not a TWUE part of the “lifestyle”.
- The only TWUE place for a female is serving a male.
We are taught REPEATEDLY and over and over that patience is a virtue. I have never understood this. Patience can be a virtue sometimes; but, like anything else . . . not always. Yet, we never hear that impatience is a virtue! And I mean NEVER.
I always remember this idea from college . . . what is there was a vaccine that was 60% effective and kills 5% . . . but the disease was going to kill 80% of the population in 30 days. The CONSERVATIVE thing to do is give everyone the vaccination. Typical thought is that the conservative action is to be patient and wait for a better solution; this is not the case in the above situation.
I tend to make decisions quickly, unless there is no reason . . . then I wait until I NEED to make the decision, especially if it is a critical decision.
In My life patience is limited (surprising no one!). I use it as a tool; when and where appropriate. Patience, like anything else has it limitations! It is not always the RIGHT chose; don’t believe the cliché . . . do what is right.
Why wait; act NOW. It is your life, chose what you value.

Visual how you make decisions. What is your model? If you had to explain it to someone could you? Until a few days ago, I couldn’t.
Turns out that a friend makes decisions like in a strict flow chart; yes and no. If there is maybe; the responses are yes or (go or no go).
